I've been trying to post the final update from our week, but time keeps getting away from me..
We were able to start a batch of pickled eggs, put up 3 jars of sauerkraut (stored in the fridge), canned 6 jars of buffalo chicken and 7 jars of grapes. I also got great bone broth out of the roasted chickens for homemade chicken and veggie soup and I added the extra tomato sauce to canned sauce for our lasagna tonight. We were able to make good use out of our abundance this week ❤️
We had a "no TV" evening on Wednesday night, so Ryker read a couple books aloud while we all relaxed in the living room together. One final update...
Jagger is now able to climb the walls to hang pictures like his big brother. He's pretty excited about that!! Raising boys is not for the faint of heart!☺️
